Stravinsky The Soldier's Tale
Ravel Sonata for Violin and Cello
An opportunity to see Stravinsky’s Soldier’s Tale, a unique work of musical theatre, created in the midst of the First World War in 1918 to be ‘read, played and danced’ by actors, ensemble and dancer. Professor Stephen Walsh, award-winning biographer of Stravinsky, will give a talk before the concert on Friday 9th March.
